Rooted in tradition. Guided by truth.

Traditional, source-based yoga that is grounded, honest, and deeply personal. Offered in a way that supports real inner understanding, not just external practice.

I teach yoga as a complete practice.

Rooted in traditional teachings, I follow Raja Yoga, the path of dhyāna and inner discipline, integrating prāṇāyāma, āsana, and yogic philosophy to support a deeper understanding of the self.

Through consistent abhyāsa (practice) and awareness, we remember that the wisdom we seek is already within us. This is what yoga teaches as our true nature.

Whether you’re new to yoga, deep in your practice, or teaching others, this space is here to help you remember what is already within you.

Testimonials

"The first change is physical. I feel that I’m able to reach deeper into poses and am learning poses that I never would have thought possible for myself before. On a mental and emotional level, I’ve learned different breathing techniques with Liana and outside of class I feel that I’m able to let go of things much more easily by taking deep breaths, which I used to have a much harder time with. On days that I practice in the morning and set an intention, I find myself coming back to that intention throughout the day, which is something I again never would've seen myself doing. I always found setting an intention overwhelming, but Liana makes it feel approachable and easy to incorporate to my practice."

"Direct, knowledgeable, connective"

"Physical cueing that actually stuck for the first time. It allowed me to not focus on being wrong or not knowing and spend time intentionally growing awareness. We had one lunge, where I could actually understand what it meant to meet the earth with my feet and I could feel my whole foot support me and keep me steady. I use that cue all the time for my balance and stretching at night for my restless legs."

"Her sincerity and devotion to Yoga is what stands out most to me. And her embodiment of what she has learnt, is so evident when she teaches. Her devotion to all 8 limbs of ashtanga Yoga is clear when you meet and get to know her more. And she is honest and real in her journey of expansion in all of these limbs. I truly admire her and an human and yogi, and recommend her as a teacher to all those seeking true Yoga practice. I have no doubt that you will be blessed by her teaching 🙏🏼"

"Liana would benefit anyone who is interested in combining the subtle and physical components of a yoga practice with strong cues, clear guidance, and a steady energy."

"The silent retreat I attended had a really lovely balance of teachings, meditation, yoga and downtime. I loved that you could attend as much or as little as you liked. Some retreats have very strict schedules which can sometimes take the relaxation out of it - making you more tired than you were before the retreat!"

"As a yoga instructor, I’m reminded how important it is to zoom in on the fundamentals and taking the practice at a more sustainable pace for myself and my students."
